These terms govern your use of the Sydney Office Care website. A separate accepted proposal or service agreement governs any cleaning services we provide.
1. Website information
Website content is general information only. Service availability, inclusions, frequency, access requirements and pricing depend on your office and are confirmed in writing before service starts.
2. Estimates are indicative
Online ranges are estimates based on the information you provide. They are not a binding quote or an offer to supply services. A fixed proposal may change after photo review, a video call, walkthrough, building access review or correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
3. Service agreements
A service agreement is formed only when both parties accept the proposal or otherwise agree in writing. The proposal will identify the scope, frequency, price, payment timing, term, cancellation rights, access obligations, exclusions and any special conditions. If these website terms conflict with an accepted service proposal, the proposal controls for the cleaning services.
4. Care plans and promotional inclusions
Monthly and annual care options are subject to the eligibility, minimum term, scope allowances and exclusions stated in your proposal. An included initial or annual deep clean applies only to the agreed areas, tasks and allowance stated before acceptance. It is not redeemable for cash or transferable to unrelated services.
5. No-Chase Guarantee
The current public terms of the No-Chase Guarantee are set out on our Guarantee page. Your proposal will confirm the applicable business hours, reporting channel, scope and any account-specific details. The guarantee is additional to rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Information and photos you submit
You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and only upload images you are authorised to share. Do not submit sensitive personal information, access codes, private documents or images of people who have not agreed to the upload. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious material, impersonate another person or use the website unlawfully.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, layout and original materials are owned by or licensed to Sydney Office Care. You may view or print content for your own internal evaluation. You must not reproduce or commercially exploit it without permission.
9. Website availability and external services
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Links or integrations supplied by third parties are subject to their own terms and practices.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where services are covered, statutory guarantees may include due care and skill, fitness for a disclosed purpose and supply within a reasonable time where no time is agreed.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused by reliance on an indicative estimate, website unavailability, third-party systems or information you provide that is inaccurate or incomplete. This clause does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. Changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted service agreement unless agreed or permitted by law. These website terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to courts with jurisdiction there.
