Is this a builders clean?

Not usually. Sydney Office Care is best for completed or nearly completed offices that need to become clean and ready for staff. Heavy construction waste, large amounts of building rubble, specialist paint or adhesive removal require a dedicated builders-clean contractor.

Can we continue with regular office cleaning after move-in?

What is the difference between an Initial Reset and a builders clean?

An Initial Reset is designed for completed offices that need commercial surface sanitisation, internal glass detailing, floor scrubbing, and presentation before employees start work. A builders clean is a separate, heavy-duty post-construction service for active building sites that handles wet plaster, paint overspray, tile grout haze, and structural construction rubble.

Heavy construction rubble, major paint or adhesive removal, thick cement dust, and specialist industrial restoration require a dedicated builders-clean contractor. If your site has active trades or structural debris, please let us know first so we can confirm whether the work fits our scope.
