Zero Resale of Data: We do not sell, rent, trade, or commercialise your personal or business information under any circumstances.

4. Data Storage, Security & Infrastructure

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or loss:

Secure Cloud Infrastructure: Database records and uploaded office walkthrough photos are hosted in enterprise cloud facilities (Supabase and Vercel) with 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest.
Access Controls: Access to customer contact details and scope records is restricted to authorised operations personnel who require the data to fulfill service obligations.
Transactional Communications: Email notifications and quote confirmations are delivered via Brevo using secure, authenticated SMTP/API protocols.
